Obituary of Nyo J. (Iserloth) Bierman

Nyo Bierman, 76, of Peabody, died early Sunday morning at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, following a brief illness. She was the devoted wife of George W. Bierman with whom she shared over 58 years of marriage. Born in Plymouth, WI, she was the daughter of the late Orville and Marcella (Radke) Iserloth. She was raised and educated in Wisconsin and was a graduate of Black River Falls High School. She later live in Texas, and has spent most of her married life living in Peabody. She was an avid sports fan and has a talent for cooking. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles, sewing, and stained glass. She had a love of her collectible frogs, and her home was always open to all. Besides her devoted husband, she is survived by two sons, Steve Bierman and his wife Beverly of Shrewsbury, and Chris Bierman and his wife Kelsey of League City, TX, six daughters, Cynthia Webster and her husband Lloyd of Derry, NH, Barbara Corcoran and her husband Stuart of Fremont, NH, Marsha Bierman and her husband Richard King of Amesbury, Jill Ryan of Hampstead, NH, Wendy Petruccelli and her husband Robert Werner of Stratford, Ct., and Mindy Reeves and her husband Gary of North Andover; 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Jay Iserloth. A Family Memorial service will be held on Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM at the Cahill-Brodeur Facility, 20 Church St., of the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, Peabody, to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 5 until 7 PM. Burial will be private. Flowers are appreciated, or expressions of sympathy can be made in her memory to Childdren's Hospital Cardilogoy, Medical Intensive Care Unit, at MGH, 55 Fruit St., Boston, MA
