Obituary of Jeffrey R Kingman
Jeffrey R. Kingman, 48, of Salem and formally of Peabody, died unexpectedly on Thursday morning at his home.
Born in Salem, he was the loving son of Harry Kingman of Alfred, Maine and the late Mary (Stynes) Kingman and stepson of the late Ann (Young) Kingman.
He was raised in Peabody, attended St. John’ s Grammar School in Peabody, St. Peter’ s High School in Gloucester and finished at Peabody High School.
Jeffrey was an avid baseball player in High School and later he caddied at the Salem Country Club in Peabody, and enjoyed golfing.
He worked in the Leather Factories in Peabody, and until recently had been working in the recycling industry.
Besides his loving father, he is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Barbara Jean and Stephen Prendergast of Salem. He was the brother of the late John Kingman and Maryann Hinchman.
His funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 8:00 AM from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 12 Chestnut St., Peabody Facility, followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:00 AM in St. Ann’ s Church, Peabody, to which relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visitation on Monday from 3 until 7 PM. Burial in St. Mary’ s Cemetery, Salem.
