Obituary of Robert Maurice "Moe" Graham

Robert Maurice “Moe” Graham, 76, of Peabody, died unexpectedly early Wednesday morning at this home. He was born in Peabody on October 4, 1929, the son of the late Henry and Blanche (Grant) Graham and was a graduate of Peabody High School and a lifelong resident of Peabody. He was a veteran of the US Army serving in the Korean War. Following his discharge, he had been employed at the former A.C. Lawrence Leather Co in Peabody . He later became a custodian with the City of Peabody School Department working mostly at the Peabody Veterans Mem. High School for nearly 30 years prior to his retirement. He had been very active in the A.O.H. Division 11 of Peabody and was an avid sports fan. He is survived by 3 brothers and two sisters-in-laws, John “Jack” Graham of Peabody, James and Arlene Graham of Huntsville, Alabama, and Henry and Blanche Graham of Salem, MA;and many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. He was the brother of the late Frances Gaudet. A Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at the new 82 Lynn St., Peabody facility. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 9:30 AM at the Funeral Home. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Charity of your choice.
