Obituary of Louise (Lewis) Lynskey

Louise (Lewis) Lynskey PEABODY Louise (Lewis) Lynskey, beloved wife of the late Marion Lynskey, died Monday morning at the Harborside Healthcare Twin Oaks Rehabilitation Facility in Danvers following a brief illness. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Lewis. She lived there in her youth and graduated from South Philadelphia schools. Mrs. Lynskey worked during World War II as a patriotic duty for women in the workforce, and later as an Associate with J.C. Penny in the Philadelphia until dedicating herself as a homemaker and mother. She was a quiet, unassuming woman who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by: one son, Robert Lynskey, of South Daytona, FL, formerly of Peabody; two grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a sister, Pauline Lewis. Her Funeral Ceremony will be held on Thursday at 10 AM in the Conway facility at 12 Chestnut St. of the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, Peabody, to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 7 to 9 P.M. Burial will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
