Obituary of Sean J. Ramos

Sean J. Ramos 35 years, of Danvers died Saturday at the Salem Hospital after a lengthy battle with cancer. Mr. Ramos was born January 17, 1969 in Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio TX son of Joanne M. Allie-Ramos of Salem and Nelson Nick Vazquez-Ramos Sr. of Cincinnati OH. He was raised and graduated from Peabody Veterans Memorial High School class of 1987. He then attended North Community College majoring in Business. He was a lifelong resident of Peabody. Mr. Ramos was employed as a sub contractor in the North Shore area for several years prior to his illness. He devoted his life to his daughter and as hobbies enjoyed the ocean and camping. In addition to his parents he is survived by his beloved daughter, Kaylin Ramos of Peabody; a brother, Patrick Little of Peabody; his step mother, Margaret Vazquez-Ramos of Cincinnati OH; 2 nieces, Nicole Tracchia and Jamie Lee Ramos both of Peabody; a nephew, Nicholas Ramos of Port Charlotte FL; a step sister, Rita Howard of MD and a step brother, William Howard of MD. He was also predeceased in 2000 by his brother Nelson Nick Vazquez-Ramos Jr. His funeral service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at the 20 Church St., Peabody location. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours Wednesday 5 - 8 p.m. A family committal of ashes will be held at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
