Obituary of Elizabeth A Komarin
Elizabeth A. Komarin, 68, of Peabody, died early Saturday morning at the Peabody Glen Nursing Home, following a brief illness.
Born in Peabody, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Celia (Swartz) Komarin. She was a lifelong resident of the city and attended Peabody Public Schools.
Prior to her retirement, she worked as an independent contractor for setting up retail displays on the North Shore. She also was a jewelry maker who had her displays on the North Shore as well.
She was active with the North Shore Elder Service and was a member of the Congregation Sons of Israel Synagogue in Peabody. She also was a member of the Spiritualists Church in Swampscott.
She is survived by many friends on the North Shore as well as many cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 PM in Maple Hill Cemetery, Peabody. Gathering will take place at 1:30 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 12 Chestnut St., Peabody and will process to the Maple Hill Cemetery, Peabody.
