Obituary of Thelma Frances Gedick
Thelma Frances Gedick, of So. Peabody and formerly of Belmont and Arlington, died unexpectedly Thursday morning at her home.
She was born in Cambridge, Ma. the daughter of the late Edwin and Nora (Hogan)
Gedick and had resided in Belmont and Arlington most of her life before moving to Peabody 2 years ago.
She had been a Sales Clerk at the Ann & Hope Stores in Watertown and in Danvers for 15 years prior to her retirement eight years ago.
She is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Elaine and Gerald Griffin of Peabody, a brother-in-law, Robert Devereaux of Abington, and eight nieces and nephews, Linda Pecce, Maureen Mc Quarrie and Edward Devereaux all of Brockton and Paul Devereaux of Bridgewater, Jeffrey and Gregory Griffin both of Peabody and Kathy Griffin and Karen Kerr both of Lynn. She was the sister of the late Priscilla Devereaux and the aunt of the late Robert Devereaux.
Her Funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at the 12 Chestnut St., Peabody facility
Followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Ann’ s Church, So. Peabody at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in Belmont Cemetery, Belmont. Visiting hours on Monday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM
