Obituary of Alice (Brazuk) Sudak

Alice (Brazuk) Sudak, 83, beloved wife of the late John Sudak, died unexpectedly Friday evening at the Salem Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Peabody, she was a lifelong resident of the city. She was the daughter of the late Maurice and Annie (Petkevicius) Brazuk. She was employed with General Electric Company in Lynn during World War II, and mostly was a Sales Clerk with the former Jordan Marsh Department Store in Peabody before continuing with Macy’ s at the North Shore Mall. Mrs. Sudak enjoyed her family and friends, and was very active in the Calvary Baptist Church in Peabody where she was a member of the Choir, and hosted Missionaries as they visited Peabody. She was also a great cook and loved gardening. She is survived by: a son and daughter-in-law, John & Diane Sudak of Georgetown; one daughter, Sandra Sudak of Ipswich; two twin grandchildren, Michael & Jennifer Sudak of Georgetown. She was the sister of the late Walter Brazuk and George Brazuk Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 11 AM in the Calvary Baptist Church, Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited. A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 12 Chestnut St., location. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody.
