Obituary of Harry E. Andrian

Harry E. Andrian PEABODY Harry E. Andrian, 85, beloved husband of Jennie (Goulos) Andrian, died Sunday morning at the Salem Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Peabody, he was a lifelong resident of the city. He was the son of the late Emanuel and Katherine (Perakis) Andrianopoulus. He attended Peabody schools and graduated from Peabody High School. Mr. Andrian was a veteran of World War II, with service in the United States Army. He was om the Military Police, and participated in the Battle of the Bulge in the European Theatre of Operations. He was the owner/operator and Baker for the Peabody Bakery on Walnut St. for several years, then worked as a Supervisor in Manufacturing for Sawyer & Tower Raincoat Company in Watertown for 20 years before retiring about 20 years ago. He was a communicant of St. Vasilios Greek Orthodox Church in Peabody, loved to travel, and was a gregarious man who always enjoyed spending time talking with people. He is survived by: his wife, Jennie (Goulos) Andrian of Peabody; one daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Chris Grevelis of Peabody; one grandson, Harris Grevelis of Peabody; one sister, Angie Adamopolos of Peabody and a brother Steve and several nieces and nephews. His funeral will be held on Wednesday at 9 AM from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 12 Chestnut ST. location,, Peabody, followed by a Funeral Service at 10 AM in St. VAsilios Church, Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited. A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5 to 9 P.M. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody. Memorial donations may be made to the St. VAsilios Altar Fund, 7 Paleologos St., Peabody, MA
