Obituary of Georgia Liaperdos

Georgia Liaperdos, 38, of Plaistow, NH and formerly of Lynn, Ma., died Monday evening in Jean, Nevada from injuries sustained in a Motorcycle accident while traveling on interstate Route 15. She was born in Athens, Greece on December 1, 1965, the daughter of Arthur and Demetra (Athanasopoulos) Liaperdos and had resided in Lynn and was a graduate of Lynn Classical, class of 1984. She then attended No Shore Community College. She had lived in Seabrook, NH before moving to Plaistow,NH a year ago. She was first employed as a Bus Driver for the MBTA out of the Lynn Station for 2 years. She then operated the GLR Trucking Company in Wakefield, Ma. For the past 10 years. She was the former wife of Joseph Robbins. She is survived by her father, Arthur of Peabody and her mother, Demetra of Lynn, two sisters and a brother-in-law, Valerie and Sammy Rivera of Lynn, Ma and Pam Liaperdos of Peabody, 2 nieces, her godchild Demetra and Elizabeth Rivera both of Lynn. She was the sister of the late Stavros Liaperdos. Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 9:30 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home at the 12 Chestnut St., Peabody facility. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn. Visiting hours on Sunday from 6:00 until 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
