Obituary of Sylvia (Bradshwaw) Baldwin

Sylvia (Bradshaw) Baldwin, 76, of Peabody, died Monday evening at the Rosewood Nursing Center in Peabody after a short illness. She was the wife of Harry A. Baldwin with whom she shared 56 years of marriage. She was born in Brockton, Ma on February 22, 1928, the daughter of the late Charles and Sylvia (Underwood) Bradshaw and was raised in Lynn mass graduating from Lynn English High School. She had been a resident of Peabody for the past 56 years. She enjoyed gardening, oil and charcoal painting. Surviving her besides her husband are a son and daughter-in-law, Mitchell and Pauline Baldwin of Danvers, a brother, Richard Henshaw of Danvers, 3 sisters, Dorothy Fultz of Peabody, Clara Winsor of Hampton, NH an Gladys Anthony of Long Beach, CA; 2 grandchildren, Bradley Baldwin and his wife Kristen of Saugus and Michelle and her husband David Carroll of Peabody, 3 great grandchildren, Erin, Sarah and Meagan Carroll all of Peabody and many nieces and nephews. A Family funeral service was held on Thursday at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral home. Burial was in the family lot in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
