Dear Amy, Meghan, and Sean,
We will miss Jim greatly. Jim was a class act; a true officer and a gentleman. We consider ourselves fortunate to have gotten to know Jim, and to be with you all in the punctuated way that the Army allows -- happy weddings, small overlaps of time in close duty stations, baptisms for the kids when we are back home for those short periods of time. Our photos from those times confirm the picture of Jim in our hearts -- a man with a great sense of humor, completely at home with his family and friends; a quiet professional and a leader with whom anyone would feel privileged to serve.

Dear Amy, Bill, Ellen, Janet & Dan: I was so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I still remember all the great family picnics we had at Cheery Hill Farm each year. I'm sorry that I will not be able to attend the memorial service, but you are all in my thoughts and my prayers.
Love, Bob Kieran
