Obituary of William F. Pierce III

Peabody – William F. Pierce III, 52, died Saturday, August 17, 2019 at the Sutton Hill Health Care Center in North Andover.

Born and raised in Peabody, he was the son of the late William F. Jr. and Ruth (Baccari) Pierce. He received his education in the Peabody school system.

William had been employed for many years as a carpenter and a “jack of all trades” working in the north shore area.

A longtime resident of Peabody, he was an automobile enthusiast who enjoyed fast cars, motorcycles, and snowmobiles.

He is survived by his sister, Ruth M. Gusman (and husband, Martin) of Silver Spring, MD, four nieces: Crystal Young, Robyn Kesselring, Maria and Emily Gusman; uncle, Bruce Pierce (and wife, Jennifer); great aunt, Barbara Adams; cousins, Justin, Bradley, Dawn and Heather; extended family and dear friends.

He is predeceased by sister, Robin, aunt, Judy Marcos, and cousin, Jonathan.

His funeral service will be held graveside, at the Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody, Thursday, August 29, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. to which relatives and friends are invited to attend. Arrangements by the Conway Cahill, Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn Street, Peabody, MA.
