"Uncle Lenny" was in our lives from the time we were born. Gerald Kaloust - our father - considered him to be his best friend. They became friends at roughly 8 years of age and continued a lifetime. They checked on each other frequently and spent as much time together as was possible. During the latter years of Dad's life, they spoke every evening. There was nothing they didn't know about each other. They stood together during all the good times and bad and shared their worries and joy. I know that Dad was at the gate waiting to greet his friend once again.
