Obituary of Heather E. McCarthy

Peabody – Heather E. McCarthy 26, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 30, 2019.

Born in Salem, she was the daughter of Sharon (Smith) McCarthy of Lowell and the late Norman P. McCarthy and was adopted by her grandparents, James and Marcia McCarthy of Peabody. She was raised in Peabody and graduated from Peabody High School, class of 2011.

Heather was an avid writer and had a great love for music. She enjoyed playing instruments or listening to her favorite bands. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her loving grandparents, she is survived by her brother, Steven James McCarthy, her Auntie “Doe” Doreene, her Uncle B and Aunt Darryl Ann McCarthy and her cousin, James McCarthy all of Peabody as well as many other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visiting hours will be held at the Conway Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, Thursday, November 7, 2019 from 4 to 8 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
