Obituary of Patricia A Brown

Patricia A (Hauff) Brown, 80, of Lynn and formerly of Revere and Saugus, died Wednesday afternoon at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers following a courageous battle against long term illnesses.

Born in Melrose, she was the daughter of the late Max and Agnes (Daley) Hauff.  She was raised and educated in Revere and was a graduate of Revere High School, class of 1957. She had lived in Lynn for the past 5 years.

Patricia was with FDIC in Boston for over 30 years before retiring. Upon her retirement from the FDIC she continued working as an administrative assistant at the Podiatrist in Revere until her recent illness.

Pat enjoyed playing bingo and cards with the women at her apartment complex.  Her favorite endeavor though was spending time wither grandchildren and sharing in all of their activities.  She will be dearly missed by all.

She is survived by her two daughters, Joy Manthorne of Peabody and Kimberly Brown of Revere, her sister, Edith Turnbull of Winthrop, and by her beloved four grandchildren whom she cherished, Deven, Nicholas, Jordan, and Krystana Manthorne.   She was predeceased by her siblings, Frank Norris, Kay Hughes, and Margie Craig.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St, Peabody followed by her Funeral Service at 12:00 PM at the funeral home to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.   In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Susan G.
