Obituary of Vinicio "Vinny" M. Albuquerque

Vinicio “Vinny” Albuquerque, 48, formerly of Peabody, passed away unexpectedly on July 13, 2019. Vinicio was born in Graciosa, Azores, Portugal, on June 16, 1971, son of Maria Fatima (Clemente) Albuquerque and the late Luis Albuquerque. As an infant, he emigrated to the United States with his family, settling in Peabody. He attended Peabody Public Schools, and was a member of the 1990 Class of Peabody Veterans Memorial High School. He later went on to pursue his entrepreneurial spirit. He was an adored Son, Brother, Grandson, and Uncle, and will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his mother, Maria Fatima Albuquerque; his sister and her husband, Patricia and Alexandre Bettencourt of Peabody; his nephew and niece; Anderson and Juliana Bettencourt. His family will be gathering on Tuesday, February 11, at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., from 8 – 8:30A.M. Family and friends are respectfully invited. His funeral mass will follow at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 50 Walsh Ave., Peabody at 9 A.M. Burial of cremains will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Salem.
