Obituary of W.M. Connatser

W.M. (Bill) Connatser, age 91, died peacefully, April 3, 2020, at Essex Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Beverly, Massachusetts. Bill was born in Sevierville, Tennessee, the son of the late Ruby (Vance) and the late Ernest Connatser. After serving proudly in the U.S. Coast Guard, he made his home in Massachusetts with his wife of 73 years, Mildred (Ramos) Connatser. Prior to his retirement, he was employed by TRW, Inc. (formerly United Carr Fastener) for 39 years, and also drove a school bus for Michaud Bus Lines. His entire life, Bill had a passion for travelling. He toured Europe, travelled frequently within the United States, including 27 trips to Disney World with his grandchildren, and went on many cruises. Most of all, Bill treasured his family and left an incredible legacy of love. In addition to his wife, Bill is survived by his children, Sharon McEwen and her husband, Steve of Hudson, NH, James Connatser and his wife, Michelle of Salisbury, MA, William Connatser and his wife, Mary of Oakwood, GA, and Wayne Connatser of W. Peabody, MA. , 11 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Kenneth Connatser of Pelham NH, his sister, Patsy Connatser of Sevierville TN., and many nieces and nephews. Due to current CDC guidelines, a private burial will be held for immediate family. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
