For her entire life she was devoted to the Catholic faith, raising her two sons, and taking care of any family members and friends the needed care. One of Carmen’s greatest joys was preparing Italian meals for her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved family gathers and reminiscing. She also enjoyed the local sports teams, especially watching the Red Sox games on T.V. She would faithfully watch EWTN praying the rosary, enjoying the Mass, and watching Mother Angelica. Carmen’s family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Maria Melo, Ruth Ross, Joy Ojo, as caregivers, and Kathy Moore RN, case manager and Beth Gentleman, Nurse Practitioner from All Care Hospice as well as Father Stanley from St. Ann’s Catholic Church for their dedication and loving care. Carmen’s deepest wish was to remain in home in her final days. A private graveside service was held at the family lot in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to All Care Hospice, 210 Market St, Lynn, MA 01901.
