Obituary of Natalie Rose Glover

Natalie Rose (Dzick) Glover, 87 of Peabody, died peacefully on May 6th. She was the devoted wife of the late Robert E. Glover which they met at UCONN and had a beautiful life together. They are now together eternally. Born in Waterbury CT on July 12, 1932, Natalie was the daughter of the late John and Evelyn (Johnkoski) Dzick. She was Raised in Waterbury and attended UCONN where she earned her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Music. She resided in Peabody Massachusetts for the last 60 years. Natalie loved her music and taught violin at her house. She was a Concert Mistress and First Violinist for the Tri-Town Symphony Orchestra, where she played alongside her husband Robert playing the Cello. In earlier years, she was an active member of St John’s Church in Peabody, where she assisted many of the music arrangements, including their centennial celebration. She loved life, and enjoyed her golfing at Bass Rocks, bowling league, playing bridge with all her friends, but mostly spending time with her family. Natalie is survived by her four daughters and sons-in-law, Stephanie and Paul Donovan of Peabody, Joan and Russell Gallant Jr of Peabody, Christine and Stephen Sullivan of Amesbury, and Katherine (McDonald) and Gerald Bailey of Oxford, CT. Also, her beloved grandchildren, Renee McDonald, Elaine Murtagh, Katelyn Murtagh, Roseann Villegas, Shannon Sullivan, Michael Donovan and Kelly Donovan, and great grandson, Michael Serino. Along with many cousins, nieces, and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association at www.apdaparkinson.org There will be a private burial for her immediate family at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody due to the current CDC guidelines. A memorial gathering will be planned in the future when CDC guidelines allow.
