Obituary of Lorraine M. Lepore

Peabody – Lorraine M. (Buono) Lepore 79, beloved wife of the late Vincent A. Lepore, died Monday, May 11, 2020 at home surrounded by her family. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Eleanor (Sullo) Buono. She was raised in Somerville and received her education in the Somerville school system. A resident of Peabody since the time of her marriage, Lorraine was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be missed by all who knew her. Surviving her are four sons, Michael Lepore and his wife, Nancy of Reading, Vincent Lepore and his wife, Sonia of Salem, Anthony Lepore and his wife, Denise of Peabody and Joseph Lepore and his wife, Kristen of Danvers, nine grandchildren, Jonathan, Michael, Maria, Julianna, Adam, Ryan, Sophia, Jacqueline and Anthony, two great grandchildren, Josephine and Jory, a sister, Loretta Dalleva of New Hampshire and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Irene Rose, Eleanor Vargas, Carlo, Nick, Joe and Richard Buono and longtime companion of the late Dave Quinlan. Her funeral services will be held at a later date.
