To the Russell family ,Billy was a great friend and a true friend and I’m gonna miss him , one of the best people I ever knew and one hellva great worker,working with him in Local 550 was a pleasure and a lot of fun,he is and will be missed,as billy used to call me Mr.President I’ll miss you pal,Michael Burnes
