Obituary of Rosemarie Della Croce

Rosemarie (Mastrocola) Della Croce, 83, of Peabody, died Sunday May 31st at Care One Nursing Home in Peabody following a brief illness. She was the devoted wife of the late Richard G Della Croce. Born in East Boston, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Rosaria (DiLucia) Mastrocola. She was raised and educated in East Boston and was a graduate of East Boston High School. She has lived in Peabody for 65 years. Rosemarie started working as an administrator in the banking industry for several years before retiring years ago. Her favorite endeavor was spending time with her family and friends, especially around the holidays, and preparing traditional Italian meals for all to enjoy. Rosemarie is survived by her devoted two sons, Mark Della Croce and his wife Susan of Haverhill and Dana Della Croce and Kelly Jameson of Danvers, her sister, Florence Mazzio of Peabody, and by her beloved 6 grandchildren, Mark Richard and Gerard Della Croce, Nicholas and Jacob Della Croce, and Hannah and Ryan Mills, and by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her two brothers, Johnny and Franky Mangino and her sister, Mary Sciacca. A private Funeral Mass was held at St. Adelaide’s Church with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.
