Vicki was the absolute best person. I remember when I was younger, she had given me a few perms. Afterwards, I looked like a poodle. We would laugh our heads off. But then, when the curls dropped, the perm was pretty. I have so many great, great memories of her... Rest in eternal peace sweet Vicki.
