Obituary of Clifford L Smith

Clifford L Smith, 51, of Seabrook, New Hampshire and formerly of Peabody, died unexpectedly on Friday June 26, 2020 in Seabrook. He was the beloved son of Susan (Pickard) Peters of Peabody and Lawrence G Smith of Salisbury. He was born in Salem, MA and was a graduate of Peabody High School, class of 1987. Following his graduation from high school, Clifford enlisted with the United States Air Force and served for 4 years before his honorable discharge in 1991. Clifford was employed in the computer repair business and first started with the Ricoh Company for which he worked for many years and for the past year he worked for American Lazer Company in Beverly Besides his loving parents, he leaves a brother Jason Peters and his partner Carrie Hornsby, and his sister Rebecca Peters, all of Peabody, 2 nephews, Michael Royce and Steven Gaffney, both of Lynn, and his father’s family all of Salisbury. He was predeceased by a special uncle Paul Picard, and a brother-in-law Bill Gaffney. Cliff also leaves many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and many very special friends. Following cremation, family and friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, July 8 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St, Peabody. All attendees are required to wear facial coverings and maintain social distancing as well. At the request of the family and in honor of Cliff, please come dressed casually.
