Obituary of Martha B. Hossack

Lynn - Martha (Brennan) Hossack, age 91, passed away peacefully at The Sawtelle Hospice House in Reading on July 6th, 2020 surrounded by her daughters. She was the beloved wife of the late Ret. Lieutenant, Robert A. Hossack of the Lynn Fire Department. She was pre-deceased by her parents, Clarence F. Brennan and Faye (Blenkhorn) Brennan of Marblehead, and her sisters, Faye Miller of Marblehead and Dorothy Gillis of Manchester-by-the-Sea. She leaves behind her daughter Joanne Corsetti and son-in-law, Ken Corsetti of Lynn, her daughter Nancy Miles and son-in-law, John Miles of Lynn, and her daughter Beth Hossack of Plaistow NH. She also leaves behind several grandchildren: Nathan Miles & wife Alice of Ashland, Jodie Driscoll & husband Mark of Lynnfield, Jessica Dormady & husband AJ of Peabody, Brian Corsetti & wife Sara of Reading, Robert Miles & wife Kayleigh of Haverhill, Andrew Adamo & wife Ali of Plaistow, NH, and Melanie Macaro & husband Dave of Haverhill. Martha loved spending time with family, especially her 10 great-grandchildren: Brendan & Connor Driscoll, Evan & Cameron Corsetti, Nixon Adamo, Evie & Seamus Dormady, Ani Miles, and Jack & Willow Miles. Martha also leaves behind many beloved nieces & nephews & great nieces and nephews and their families. Martha was born in Marblehead in 1929, where she grew up and graduated from Marblehead HS. Martha enjoyed gardening, cooking and was an avid reader. She spent many winters with friends in Hobe Sound Florida. She loved spending time with her family and will be missed by all.
