Obituary of Jeannette LaRosa Church

Salem – Mrs. Jeannette (Mento) LaRosa-Church, 91, passed away peacefully at home on November 30, 2020. Born in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Susan (Minigell) Mento. Jeannette was predeceased by her husbands, Angelo LaRosa of Lawrence MA and Russ Church of Beverly MA. She was a graduate of Salem High School Class of 1946. Jeannette retired from New England Telephone and AT&T as an operator and was a communicant of the former St. Mary Italian Church in Salem. Her love was spending time with family and friends. Her family would like to extend their gratitude to Care Dimensions of Danvers. Jeannette is survived by her daughter, Nelliann Shea and her husband, John of Salem; her grandchildren, Alex Shea and his fiancé Michala Stavrinos , John Shea, and Julie Shea. She also leaves sisters-in law, Lena Mento and Nancy Mento, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Gloria Mineo and her husband Santo, and her twin brothers, Anthony and Joseph Mento. Her services will be private.
