Obituary of Diane B Seaberg

Diane B (Rheaume) Seaberg, 71, of Peabody and formerly of Salem, died peacefully Friday February 26, 2021 surrounded by her family at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers following a brief illness. She was the devoted wife of James R Seaberg with whom she shared over 41 years of marriage. Born in Salem she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Rosalie (LaForge) Rheaume. She was raised and educated in Salem and upon marrying her husband James, moved to Peabody where she has lived for the past 41 years. Diane began her working career at Parkers Brothers in Salem and then worked at Analogic as an assistant to the facilities manager for over 22 years before retiring. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts and spending time in her garden. Besides her loving husband, she is survived by her daughter, Pamela Raye of Beverly, her two brothers, Chuck Rheaume of Rowley and Raymond J Rheaume of Seabrook, NH, her two sisters, Joanne Robbins of Naples, ME, and Pauline Wynne of Lynn, her sister-in-law, Cheryl Lebel of Peabody, and is also survived by her grandson Damon Raye and by several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 4:00 until 7:00 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St, Peabody. Her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody. All attendees are required to wear facial coverings and maintain social distancing as well.
