Obituary of Joseph M. Cabral

Joseph M. Cabral, 83, of Peabody, passed away Friday morning at Lahey Medical Center in Burlington, following a brief illness. He was the beloved husband of Estelle (Manos) Cabral. Joseph was born in Salem, MA, on March 3, 1938, son of the late Antonio and Alice V. (Gallo) Cabral. Prior to retiring, he has worked as a maintenance worker for Hott Watt in Danvers. Besides his loving wife, Estelle, he is survived by his children, Angela Cabral of Peabody, Cheryl (Lord) Lariviere of Manchester, NH, David Lord of Peabody, Stephen Lord of Peabody; his grandchildren, Monica (Lord) McEachern, David LaBonte, Stephen Lord, Jr., Jonathan Lariviere, Joey Lord; 3 great-grandchildren, his sisters, Pauline Doucette and Carol Michaud, and nieces, nephews, and friends.He was predeceased by a son, Ronald Lord. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 23, form 4-7P.M. at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody. His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 24, in the funeral home at 11A.M. Burial will be held at a later date.
