Obituary of Frank Oliveri

Frank Oliveri, 65, of Peabody, died early Sunday morning at the Salem Hospital following a brief illness. He was the loving husband of Bernadette (Ivis) Oliveri with whom he shared over 43 years of marriage. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Frank and Rose (Guiliana) Oliveri Pacheco. He was raised and educated in the North End, later lived in Dorchester, and has been living in Peabody for the past 38 years. He was a graduated of Boston Technical High School and later attended Wentworth Technical Institute in Boston. Prior to his retirement two years ago, he worked for over 14 years at Honeywell as a quality engineer for the electric optics division in Lexington. He also was an army reservist who served for over 6 years. He was a professional musician who played throughout the North Shore and Boston Area. He played with the group New Faces and was a member of the house band at the Tremont Villa in Everett. Besides his loving wife, he is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Gail and David McCauley of Peabody, and Laura and Harry Lefebvre of Amesbury; a sister, Rosemarie Daniello of New York, two grandchildren, Brandon and Dustin McCauley and is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Timothy Oliveri. His Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM at the South Congregational Church in Peabody to which relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visitation on Tuesday from 5 until 8 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 12 Chestnut St., Peabody Facility. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the North Shore Cancer Center, 17 Centennial Dr., Peabody, MA 01960.
