Concettina M. (Bonfanti) Sacco
PEABODYConcettina M. (Bonfanti) Sacco, 91, beloved wife of the late Joseph Sacco, died peacefully early Friday morning at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers following a lengthy illness.
Born in Wakefield, she was the daughter of the late Leonardo and Angelina (Cavaleri) Bonfanti. She lived in Peabody most of her life and attended Peabody schools.
Mrs. Sacco worked for Comet Leather in Peabody for several years.
She enjoyed cooking, crochet, and was a member of the Italian-American Club in Peabody.
She is survived by: two daughters and sons-in-law, Angela & William Weese of Peabody and Patricia & David Fournier of Hampstead, NH, and a daughter-in-law, Jean Sacco-Cormier of Salem; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, a brother, three sisters, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, John Sacco.
A visitation will be held on Sunday from 2 to 6 PM in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St. location, Peabody.
Her funeral will be held on Monday at 9 AM from the funeral home, followed by Funeral Mass at 10 AM in St. Ann’s Church to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Lynn.
Memorial donations may be made to the Kaplan Family Hospice House, c/o Hospice of the North Shore, 10 Elm St., Danvers, MA 01923.
