Beatrice (Urbano-Cardoza) White
PEABODY-- Beatrice (Urbano-Cardoza) White, 81, beloved wife of Gerald White of Peabody, died Sunday afternoon at the Brighton Gardens in Danvers following a long illness.
Born in Nantucket, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Beatrice (Cordella) Urbano. She lived in New Hampshire in her youth, and lived in West Peabody for over 40 years on Packard Road.
Mrs. White worked as a Machine Operator at United Car Fastener in Cambridge for over 40 years until her retirement.
She is survived by: her husband, Gerald White of Peabody, with whom she shared 53 years of marriage; sister of Irene Ricci of South Yarmouth, and she leaves many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She was preceded in death by her sisters Laura Wilk and Rose Loeser, and brothers Arthur Cardoza, Gilbert Cardoza, and Victor Cardoza.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend her Funeral Ceremony on Thursday at 11:30 AM in the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 12 Chestnut St location, Peabody.
A visitation will start at 10:30 AM on Thursday until 11:30.
Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody.
