Obituary of Beatrice U. (Nash) Pyburn

Beatrice U. (Nash) Pyburn PEABODY—Beatrice U. (Nash) Pyburn, 97, beloved wife of the late Walter J. Pyburn , died Saturday morning at the Wellington Regional Hospital in West Palm Beach, FL following a long illness. Born in Peabody, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (O’Connor) Nash. She was a lifelong resident of Peabody. She graduated from Peabody High School, and then the J.B. Thomas Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1932. Mrs. Pyburn was a Registered Nurse with the former J.B. Thomas Hospital in Peabody, and later was with the Visiting Nurses of the Peabody area before retiring. She was involved as a Secretary for the St. William’s Guild at St. Johns Prep, a Past President of the J.B. Thomas Nurses Alumni. She is survived by: two sons, Walter J. Pyburn Jr & Linda Pyburn of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and John N Pyburn & Mary Lou Ward Pyburn, of Medford; two daughters, Ursula J. Lyons of Jupiter, FL and Mary E. Lawler of Jupiter FL; three grandchildren, James R. & Angela Pyburn of Haverhill, Robert D. Lawler of San Francisco CA, and Jennifer Pyburn of Medford; one great grandchild Yolanda Pyburn of Haverhill; Twin brother, of the late Jack Nash of West Yarmouth, MA; a sister, of the late Catherine Mullin of Washington, DC, sister of the late Elizabeth Johnson of San Francisco CA, sister of the late Marie Rainville of Beverly and several nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Sunday, April 29,2007 at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 20 Church St. location, Peabody, from 2 to 4 & 6:00 to 8:30 PM. Her funeral will be held on Monday at 10 AM from the funeral home, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 AM in St. John the Baptist Church, Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
