Dear Phil's brother and family,<br> I am so very sorry for your loss as well as our loss.He was a great,great man,whom never spoke a bad word about anyone and always had a smile on his face.Phil was a wonderful,caring kind hearted friend.Phil will be deeply missed.Know that he loved you all very much, he always spoke fondly and adoringly about his you all.God Bless.<br> Pat.Lopes
