To the Sparkas family: Our prayers and thoughts are with you all at this very difficult time.<br><br>Jeff was a co-worker who cared and helped alot of his friends here at the MWRA. He put others and work before himself and thats what made Jeff very unique. I will miss the conversions we had on topics from the MWRA to what project I should do next on my house.<br><br>Jeff, I'll miss you very much but I know he is in a better place.<br><br>
