Dear Brian, Sean and Family, I was extremely saddened to hear about your mom's passing. She was an amazing woman. I feel blessed to have known her. I have always admired how she cared about everyone who came into life. She taught me so much about family, love and compassion. When I think back to fond memories she is part of those, as is your precious family. I wish there was more I could say to help ease the pain, I remember so clearly how close you guys were, please know you are all in my prayers at this very difficult time. farewell to the BEST MOTHER-IN LAW in the entire world. Only you and I can know the love we shared. I will do everything in my power to continue to share your love and devotion to all my BOYS...... You the bravest dying human I have ever come across in my 21 years. Ellie was a WONDERFUL woman & mentor to me when I began teaching in the classroom next door to her, at the Carroll School in 1994. I never would have gotten through many, trying days if it weren't for her "all-comforting" & understanding smile & shoulder to lean on... as far down as I had to bend to reach it :) Her loving & nurturing ways influenced the teacher I am today. I still use many of the "supplies" she bequeathed to me as a young teacher just starting out. She'll forever be in my heart!
