Obituary of Frances J. (Dzierzek) Kasprzyk

Frances J. (Dzierzek) Kasprzyk, 89, of Peabody, wife of the late Bruno Kasprzyk, died on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at the Blair House in Tewksbury with her family at her side. Mrs. Kasprzyk was born on July 11, 1920, in Danvers, daughter of the late John and Mary (Dzia) Dzierzek. She was raised in Danvers and graduated from Danvers High School Class of 1937. In 1951, she moved to Peabody and most recently to Tewksbury to be near her family. Mrs. Kasprzyk was employed for 43 years as a quality control inspector at GTE Sylvania, retiring in 1983. She was a member of the Sylvania Quarter Century Club. Mrs. Kasprzyk dedicated her entire life to her children and was so proud of her grandchildren’s accomplishments. Mrs. Kasprzyk is survived by her children and their spouses, Brian M. and Malle Kasprzyk of Tewksbury, and Francine M. Kustwan of Springfield; her grandchildren, Sarah Kasprzyk of Playa del Rey, CA, Matthew Kasprzyk of Lowell, Liza Kasprzyk of New York City, NY, Adam Kustwan of Concord, NH and Lauren Kustwan of St. Thomas Virgin Islands; her siblings, Josephine Bolognese of Malden, Helen Welch of Danvers and Sophie Morris of Chesapeake, VA; and many nieces and nephews. Her siblings William, John and Edward Dzierzek predeceased her. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 10:15 a.m. from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn Street, Peabody followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 260 North Street, Salem. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours are Tuesday, March 16, 2010 from 4 to 8 p.m. Burial will be held in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Salem.
