I was Governor of Rotary District 7930 for 2002-2003,27 years after Vin Raponi was DG in 1975.Despite the passage of time, Vin stayed active in Rotary.I fondly remember my visits to the Saugus Rotary Club, and my conversations with Vin.He struck me as a person who always spoke his mind, he did not mince his words, and you always knew where you stood with him.<br>Much as we will miss him in Rotary,I know it is a huge loss to his family.My prayers are with you and Vin.<br>Victor Saldanha, PDG Rotary International, 2002-2003.
