<p>To the family of Joe<br />From the first day I met Joe when I joined the Knights of Columbus some 14 years ago I was impressed with how he approached life. He was always willing to mentor new Knights and keep them motivated to became a better Knigth and Catholic gentleman. Over the years I have thought of Joe as a mentor and friend.
