I waited on Frank for years at Ocean Delight. When I first met him he looked so stern. One day I called him "Smiley" and I got a big grin from him. From that day on I continue to call him Smiley. I also bumped into him at the gym in Peabody. I was surprised to see him so regularly at the gym for an elderly man. He loved the pool there. I used to see him sitting on the bench across from DD on Washington St, I would beep and he would alwasy wave and smile.<br>Rest in Peace "Smiley"<br>Beth (your favorite waitress from Ocean Delight)
