ddress>

My uncle was one of the most patient and poised individuals I have ever known. I remember when I was a pre-teen and then teenager his talks with me at the kitchen table at Gram's. He always made me feel listened to and offered a perspective that I would never have gotten to on my own. When I was little, I remember attempting to steal a butterfly from the living room when I was a child and he very calmly talked to me about doing the right thing and when you've done the wrong thing how to own up to it. It was probably my first healthy encounter with being told I did something wrong but IT WAS OKAY! You will be missed in our lives but we have you always in our hearts!

Though I knew Charlie for a few years, I had much admiration for him, the only thing I held against him was his love of the Yankees, but then again who am I to criticize him , a gentleman at all times and he became my friend. He will be missed. Eleanor
