Dear Phyllis and Family,<br><br>We were saddened to read of Victor's passing. As neighbors for many years, we were able to see and talk to him on many occasions. He loved to talk of his many trips to Ireland and how much he enjoyed being there. The stories of his service to his country came from a proud and humble soldier. How joyous he was to be invited to Washington to join in the 50th anniversary of the Normandy invasion. That trip really meant a lot to him.<br><br>We were always impressed with the love and care you showed to your brother. You are truly a remarkable sister. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
