As a tenant of Tannery II, Charles was always coming by with his entertaining charm. He loved to be at the park in the sun, very happy singing and dancing his time away. He was approached by many of our neighbors all who will miss his endearing personality and are all mourning his loss. <br>Elizabeth Callahan Anthony
