My deepest sympathy to all my Liacos cousins and I wish I could be there to share with you. I last saw Aunt Jane in the summer of 2010, I think, and am planning on coming east again this summer and was hoping to see her again. I have great memories of our growing up together and she was a big part of that: Sunday dinners at out grandparents place downstairs, running around the King St neighborhood and summers at "Liacos 40 acres" . At times I was afraid of her, mad at her, entertained by her, educated by her, comforted by her, and awed by her but I always adored her and was proud to call her my Aunt. The greatest thing in the world would have been for "my Phyllis and that Jane" to be with us always but life says no. i am so sad, but have such great memories to keep her in my heart always....

Jim, Jan, Jimmy & Ryan, Dean,Lorna & Jack, Ann, Suzanne & Keri,<br><br>I am so sorry about Jane. Growing up, she, Arthur and all of you were a very big part of our lives. The many summers in Maine were wonderful childhood memories that were some of the happiest moments for Kathie and for my Mom, and have left me with great memories of all of them and all of you. Jane was always so good to us and so generous. As a teenager and as an adult, I knew I could pick up a phone and call her and ask her anything and she would tell it to me straight and be there to be supportive of me. I know she has been ill and know she will rest in peace. The only consolation I have is knowing that she is now with my Mom in heaven and I know they will share a story or two and a laugh together. My thoughts are with all of you - she was one of a kind.

Hello All Jane's children, grand-children and extended family. I am saddened to read of Jane's passing. My condolences to you all. I missed not seeing her after returning from Greece in the summer. I miss her mater-of-fact communication and her dynamic feistiness! I am going to miss her. I loved being her next door neighbor. As folk say in Greece, "Life to you!"<br><br>Thoughtfully, Theodora, aka Teddi.
