The members of the PHS Class of 1946 would like to express their condolences to the family of our Classmate, "Connie". In our year book she had expressed her hobby as collecting sports pictures and in addition that she had an ambition of becoming a nurse. Under her picture it reads: "Persevere and you will be rewarded". She certainly fulfilled her dreams.

I was so sorry to learn of Connie's death. She was such a special lady to all. I remember when I first met Connie. My late husband, pediatrician Dr. Nathan Fearer, was very fond of her. He admired her professionalism and skill as well as her compassion and caring. I recall when she worked for Dr. Paul Rogal in his practice. Connie would be the one sitting with the patient at the Hunt Hospital during her labor. She always knew the right time to call the doctor in. Aunt Connie, as she was known to so many new moms, was loved by many, many people. She leaves a special place in the hearts and memories of us all.
Sincerely,
Myrna Fearer
