Cathy, <br>We are so saddened to hear of Teddy's passing. Teddy was such a special person and Louie and I both thought so much of him. Louie treasured Teddy so much, and will miss their very special friendship. As neighbors we both saw how much you have done for both he and your mother, you are a caring loving daughter.
