My deepest sorrow for your loss. I've know Rich for many years, he always had a smile and a good word. I'll miss seeing him at Dunks in the morning.

When I think of Richard, I can think of so many pleasant memories. I think of when he was born. Everyone was so happy because he was the first grandchild. Everyone was so happy for Adeline and Cutty. He was like a toy for his aunts and uncles to spoil. I will just tell you my pleasant memories of him.

Occasionally, Adeline would come to Weymouth for the weekend so I would meet her at South Station after work and we would come home together. In the warmer weather, he would have on a cute navy blue suit Adeline made for him. He would spot me coming and run over and give me a big hug and we would take the train. In the colder weather, he wore the winter coat Adeline made him. She liked making his clothes.

I remember going to visit with Adeline in Chelsea after work so she could go to her art class and I would watch Richard and we would play until Adeline came home then he would go to sleep and she and I could visit. I always looked forward to those nights.

Another vivid recollection I have of Richard is going to Nantasket Beach and walking along the edge of the parking lot and at 3 years old he would tell me the names of every car we passed. He made no mistakes.

I also remember when we were down at Grandma's once and Richard was there, probably about 2 years old. Uncle Jim set him up in Grandma's kitchen table giving him his first hair cut.

These are a few of the highlights I remember. I always appreciated Richard keeping in touch with me and visiting me through the years.
