Dear Mr. Splaine, I apologize for not paying my respects to you, I have just found out of Mrs. Splaine's passing. Mrs. Splaine was always so friendly and caring towards me at the Ferncroft and I will always think very fondly of her. She was a real class act and I am grateful I knew such a lovely woman. Please accept my sincere condolences.
