I first met Spike at the Sword and Shield in Beverly ma in the seventies where he was the premier bartender and, as a bartender myself, I enjoyed the pleasure of his company throughout his banner years with capital Liquors and then Horizon<br>Joyce was the joy of his life<br><br>I can never remember a time when he did not greet you with a joke ; he was forever smiling<br><br>The world has lost a great guy<br><br>My sincere condolences to his family<br><br>Ray Donnelly
