To my West Beach friends:<br>I will truly miss Fran and all of our days together at West Beach. She was a wonder wife, mother, and grandmother. I will always remember how she treated my three girls as if they were her own grandchildren, whether it was splashing in the water with her at West, or providing them with a "little snack" from the snack bar.
